If you are a retailer, online or bricks and mortar, anywhere in the world (excluding USA where the exclusive distributor is Remarkable Yarns), information about our wholesale terms are as follows...

Terms and Conditions

  1. Wholesale minimum order is 3 copies. We offer 30% discount off the RRP, if you choose to order 10 copies or more we increase this to 35% off the RRP.

  2. Prepayment is required before we will ship your order. We will contact you for payment information.

  3. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated based on number of copies ordered and shipping location. Most orders will ship from our French warehouse by DPD or La Poste. If you prefer we ship using your carrier and account, contact us at wholesale@shephardess.com

  4. Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Sales are final; unsold copies may not be returned for credit. We do not offer payment refunds, only product replacements.

  5. These wholesale terms are only available to businesses that can be verified by Shephardess. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our requirements.
